Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Charlotte, NC to support the maintenance team with oiling CNC machines, chip removal, tank cleanouts, and preventative maintenance tasks under supervisor direction.

The role includes reading and following instructions, identifying correct oil tagging, changing oil/filters, and assisting with repairs. A focus on safety and accurate oil level logging is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with lubrication products or oiling of machines.
• Some level of preventative maintenance experience helpful on CNC, machines, or trucks/automotive.
• Mill right experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Must also be able to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
• Identifies correct oil tagging information to match oil product with that matching label on tank
• Change oil or air filters on machines or equipment
• Clean out pits, oil or coolant reservoirs
• Assist maintenance technicians with repairs of CNC machines
• Oversees, troubleshoots, and performs preventative maintenance on lighting, heating, and cooling equipment/systems in plant.
• Visually check and maintain inventories, oil levels in machines and can maintain an oil level log
• Drive a golf cart or buggy
• Maintains tools, work area, and equipment in clean and orderly fashion
• Abides by all company policies regarding safety/health rules and regulations.
• Adapts to various situations and adjusts to shifting priorities.

Job Description: Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273

Duration: 0-13+ Months

Shift: 8: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM ( M-F)

Pay Rate: $22.00 /Hour

Job Summary The primary purpose of this position is to support our maintenance team with adding and maintaining oil levels for the CNC machines, support chip removal and tank cleanouts, preventative maintenance support, and minor repairs under the direction of our supervisors.
