Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and is actively recruiting Landscape Operators. If you have experience in landscape maintenance, we want you to bring your skills to our team! As an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator, you'll oversee landscape projects and maintain the grounds year-round, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• Clean driving record with no recent DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance activities to uphold cleanliness standards
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles
• Collaborate with team members on landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols including OSHA and EPA guidelines
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
