Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and is actively recruiting Landscape Operators. If you have experience in landscaping, bring your skills to our dynamic environment. As an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator, you will oversee landscape projects and collaborate with a team to maintain grounds year-round, including mowing, trimming, and pruning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Effective communication in English
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification
• Clean driving record with no recent DUI/DWI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles
• Work with team members on landscaping and exterior maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and compliance protocols, including OSHA and EPA regulations
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
