Qualifications

The team developed Scintilla, a platform providing actionable, customer‑centric insights that empower CPGs and Walmart merchants to make informed, data‑driven decisions efficiently. Focused on technical strategy, reliability engineering, scalability, and cloud-native architecture, the group builds innovative solutions. What you’ll do:

What you’ll bring:

• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, JVM internals, React, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands‑on experience building scalable, resilient, cloud‑native platforms and applications.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Expertise across the full software development lifecycle, from design through production operations.
• Proven technical leadership influencing architecture and engineering strategy across organizations.
• Strong mentoring, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates ownership, operational excellence, innovation, and an uncompromising focus on quality and customer outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
