Qualifications

The team developed Scintilla, a platform providing actionable, customer-centric insights that empower CPGs and Walmart merchants to make informed, data-driven decisions efficiently. Focused on technical strategy, reliability engineering, scalability, and cloud-native architecture, the group builds innovative solutions. • Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, JVM internals, React, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience building scalable, resilient, cloud-native platforms and applications.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
• Expertise across the full software development lifecycle, from design through production operations.
• Proven technical leadership influencing architecture and engineering strategy across organizations.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications
