Job summary

Walmart seeks an experienced Director ... leading end-to-end fashion trend forecasting across categories. The role influences product strategy and seasonal storytelling, partnering with Merchandising, Design, Editorial, Marketing, and Technology to connect trend intelligence to execution.

You will lead talent development, foster innovation, and drive forecasting accuracy using AI-powered methods. This is a senior, high-visibility role with broad impact at Walmart.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Design, or related field with 5 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design
  • Or 7 years’ experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area
  • Masters in Graphic Design preferred for some roles

Responsibilities

  • Own trend vision and seasonal color direction across Women’s, Men’s, Kids, Baby, Footwear and Accessories
  • Synthesize retail, runway, social, search, cultural and customer signals into actionable business direction
  • Partner with Merchandising, Design and Editorial to translate trend intelligence into commercially relevant assortments
  • Build frameworks that drive consistent trend adoption and measure product performance to improve forecasting accuracy
  • Serve as a trusted fashion authority, influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners across the enterprise
  • Lead and develop trend talent, balancing fashion instinct with data-driven decision making

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
