About the team: The team led by the Director, Operations, drives the strategic planning and execution of complex transportation infrastructure initiatives that support Walmart’s expansive network. This group collaborates across multiple functions including operations, engineering, finance, and technology to develop scalable infrastructure solutions. Focused on enhancing consistency, efficiency, and governance, the team establishes standards and frameworks that enable informed decision-making and long-term value. By integrating business strategies with operational requirements, the team ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation operations that align with Walmart’s growth and innovation objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
