2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful background checks and training are required. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
