Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Provides required paperwork by completing forms such as expense vouchers, weekly summaries, refrigerant logs, and work orders, and submitting forms to senior leadership.
2. Assists the Technician III HVACR Facilities Maintenance by gathering capital expenditures lists and developing scopes of work to update HVACR or energy management systems.
3. Under supervision, completes HVACR work assignments by collaborating with management, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
4. Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
5. Assists in controlling company costs by conducting price comparisons of refrigerants and parts.
6. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on HVACR equipment under supervision.
7. Inspects company property and schedules major repairs and maintenance.
8. Provides expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
9. Models compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Demonstrates engagement and commitment to the team through feedback and developmental opportunities.
11. Maintains and promotes high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
12. Delivers results while putting the customer/member first.
13. Implements and supports continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications...

Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.

Preferred Qualifications...

Mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
