• Prepare concise investigation summaries, reports, and regional fraud briefs for leadership review.
• Track case outcomes and recurring trends across investigations.
• Collaborate with Fraud Prevention analysts to translate field intelligence into actionable insights.
• Help develop investigation best practices, case studies, and documentation standards.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to search trends, interpret data, and communicate findings.

TheTrust&Safety–FraudPreventionteamprotectstheintegrityofWalmart’sLastMileDeliveryandSparkDriverplatformsbydetectingandaddressingfraud,accountintegrityissues,andpolicyviolations.TheStoreInvestigationsteamservesasthefield-facingarmofFraudPrevention,investigatingsuspectedfraudandpolicyviolationsatdeliverylocationsandstore-leveltouchpoints.Theteamconnectsdigitalfraudsignalswithreal-worldevidence,documentsinvestigativefindings,andidentifiespatternsthathelpstrengthenfrauddetection,investigativepractices,andpolicy.Throughanalysis,investigation,andcollaboration,theteamhelpsprotectcustomers,drivers,andthebusiness.
What you’ll do:
