Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating regarding store operations, technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction; introducing and leading change efforts; providing clear expectations and guidance; and implementing business solutions.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and ensuring customer needs and complaints are addressed effectively.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and ensuring sales and profit goals are met.
• Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing contributions; ensure staffing needs are met and promote a culture of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies, support company mission, and promote ethical standards; build a workplace of inclusivity and respect.
• Build high-performing teams, attract and retain talent, and foster an environment of integrity and service excellence.

The hourly wage range is $31.25-$38.46 plus differential where applicable. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and regional pay zones.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college, or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. Additional requirements include completing all job-related trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Leadership or related certificates, experience supervising multiple direct reports, and leadership in performance management and mentoring.
