Position Summary

This role involves leading and developing teams by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. Responsibilities include communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction. The role also entails introducing and leading company change efforts, providing clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions, and effectively communicating business objectives to teams. Additionally, the position models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer service initiatives, ensures customer needs and complaints are addressed, and develops action plans to improve processes and customer experience. The role requires driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, controlling expenses, and ensuring effective merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes. It also involves supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and fostering a culture of belonging, integrity, and excellence.
