Position Summary

As a Coach/Ops Manager Trainee, you will lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback, while collaborating across store levels to ensure effective store operations, customer service, and business growth. You will model excellent customer service, manage financial performance, oversee operational processes, and foster a culture of belonging and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and feedback.
  2. Communicate effectively about store operations, initiatives, and changes.
  3. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Manage financial performance, including reviewing P&L statements and controlling expenses.
  5. Oversee operational activities like merchandising, inventory, and safety compliance.
  6. Support associate development through hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards.
  8. Promote a positive work environment and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Pay Range

$31.00/hr - $38.00/hr, with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications
  1. 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience.
  2. Additional requirements may include background checks for firearm-related positions, depending on store category.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership or related field.
  2. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, and hiring.
