Position Summary: This role involves communicating membership programs and benefits, providing customer service, maintaining the work area, operating equipment, and supporting team and company values. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for education and growth.

What you'll do:

1. Explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members to promote renewals and the value of Sam's Club products and services.
2. Provide customer service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe environment.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including signage and displays.
4. Handle claims, organize supplies, identify damages, and ensure safety in the gas station and car wash areas.
5. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies, and complete documentation accurately.
6. Operate cash registers and equipment to process transactions properly.
7. Maintain equipment and provide services in accordance with policies.
