Position Summary

Provides customer service and maintains the Gas Station/Car Wash area at Sam's Club, including explaining membership benefits, assisting with purchases, organizing merchandise, and operating equipment, in accordance with company policies.

What you'll do

1. Explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members.
2. Assist customers with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash/gas station area, including signage and safety standards.
4. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper documentation.
5. Operate cash registers and equipment for customer transactions.
6. Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing quality service.
