Position Summary

Provides customer service at Sam's Club, including explaining membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members. Assists with account decisions, encourages renewals, promotes products and services, and explains credit card programs and applications.

What you'll do

1. Assist customers/members by acknowledging them, identifying needs, helping with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash/gas station area, ensuring accurate signage.
3. Ensure the Gas Station/Car Wash area complies with company policies, handles claims and returns properly, manages merchandise and supplies, and maintains safety standards.
4. Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers, organize the facility, and complete necessary paperwork.
5. Operate equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases and handle different payment types.
6. Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash equipment and provide services according to company policies.
7. Participate in employee benefits programs, including health, financial, paid time off, and other benefits like discounts and education assistance, with details specified in company policies.
