Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with other associates, you will ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain inventory, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and operate equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, adapt to new technology, and support team engagement.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, mentor colleagues, and foster a respectful team environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing work efficiently, respecting individual differences, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence.
