Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain inventory levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members through technology.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, train and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
