Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and quality of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, and prepare for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support training, and inspire team members.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 or older, and able to complete required training and assessments.
