Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, work with various decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and manage inventory and equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by delivering high-quality service, developing team members, and fostering a respectful, supportive team environment.
