Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
- Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and operate equipment.

- Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.

Additional Details
Hourly wage: $17.00 - $24.00, with potential premiums based on conditions. The actual wage depends on location and circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months' experience in a fresh production area
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to complete required trainings and assessments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cake decorating is preferred.
