Position Summary: As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, and operate equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, and support team development and motivation.

Additional Details
