Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout execution.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, training, and quality.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, and supporting team development and training.

The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $26.00, with potential additional premiums based on specific circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 or older. Successful completion of required trainings and assessments is necessary.
