Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes and safety standards, operate equipment, and manage inventory.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members through technology.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, and support team development and motivation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
