Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, and adhere to food safety standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, mentor and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, complete work assignments efficiently, and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
