Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Be flexible to business needs, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchases and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, interact with team members, and support their development.
