Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes and safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, use handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, develop and mentor others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education programs, and more. The hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with additional premiums possible based on circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to complete required training and assessments successfully.
