Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service. Maintain flexibility to meet business needs, keep stock levels optimal, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, merchandise, and training.
• Be an Owner: Oversee bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and purchasing decisions. Resolve member issues effectively.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, model respectful and supportive behavior, and motivate and develop team members. Recognize contributions and foster a positive team environment.
• Compliance and Work Management: Follow company policies, execute business processes, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement. Adapt to change and feedback.
