Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorations, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layouts.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, manage inventory, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support team training, and foster a respectful, supportive environment.
6. Compliance and Execution: Follow company policies, complete work efficiently, communicate progress, and adapt to changes.

Minimum Qualifications
