Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment.
Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, and adapt to new technologies.
Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, and assist members with their needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and embody brand values.

Minimum Qualifications...
