Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage associates; utilize handheld technology for decision-making and encourage adoption of new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date standards, minimize waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchases, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, support and train team members, and promote a respectful, supportive team environment.
