Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train team members, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.
