Duties And Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Mix and color frosting, make and load cones, frost and decorate cakes.
• Take, complete, and store bakery orders in the cooler.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and follow policies and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Use or learn to use equipment and tools required for the job.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the role.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Category IV physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs., static pull of 20 lbs.
