Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Shipment Processing: Maintains and processes shipments for the Club according to company policies by developing and posting delivery schedules, compiling and organizing receiving reports, verifying merchandise counts, routing merchandise to proper locations, and paying expenses.
2. Receiving Operations: Receives merchandise, organizes and maintains the Receiving area following company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing required documentation.
3. Claims and Clearance: Tracks and processes claims for damaged goods, handles liquidation merchandise, maintains and cleans the clearance area, and uses technology for reporting and documentation.
4. Safety Compliance: Ensures facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, adhering to steel standards, and reporting unsafe conditions.
5. Policy and Ethics: Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.
6. Work Management: Completes assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with stakeholders; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to change and feedback.

Compensation

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
