Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Summary

As an Asset Protection Operations Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing loss prevention, safety, and operational controls across multiple stores. Your duties will include conducting investigations, managing safety programs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with policies to reduce merchandise loss and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and feedback.
• Manage safety and risk controls within the store environment.
• Investigate and resolve theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Monitor inventory and conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
• Support claims and receiving operations to ensure proper procedures are followed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supervision, asset protection, or related fields.
• Successful completion of state requirements for asset protection roles.

Preferred Qualifications
