(USA) Area Manager - Floor (fashion, Import, Jewelry, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Hmsc)

Position Summary...
What you'll do...
  1. Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
  2. Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
  3. Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  4. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
  5. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions.
  6. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
  7. Build high-performing teams by embracing differences, creating a culture of belonging, and providing opportunities for all associates.
  8. Maintain integrity and ethics, modeling Walmart values and holding oneself and others accountable.
  9. Deliver results while putting customers first and adapting to their shopping preferences.
  10. Make decisions based on data insights and analysis while balancing short and long-term priorities.
  11. Display curiosity and a desire to learn while encouraging continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Manager, Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
