Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
2. Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
3. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
4. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining documentation.
5. Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers, and determine corrective actions or make recommendations for resolution.
6. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
7. Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing diversity, and fostering a culture of belonging where all associates can thrive.
8. Attract and retain talent, empower and develop team members, and recognize contributions.
