Base pay range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
• Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor and manage productivity by analyzing business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation.
• Address associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
• Build high-performing teams, embrace diversity, foster a culture of belonging, and create opportunities for all associates to thrive.
• Attract, retain, empower, and develop talent, recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
• Act with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, and support Walmart's values and culture.
