Position Summary

This role involves overseeing asset protection, environmental compliance, operational excellence, safety, and partnership collaboration across multiple facilities. Responsibilities include managing theft prevention, safety inspections, environmental policies, process improvements, risk management, and team leadership. The role requires ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, implementing safety and environmental policies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary Range

$65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, OR
• 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, and Continuous Improvement methodologies in relevant industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications, or Certified Security Professional.
• Investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse settings.
