Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in product management or a related analytical role within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs/WRAP models; basic understanding of interval funds, closed-end funds and BDCs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Morningstar and AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and tactical product initiatives by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing analysis to inform product decisions
  • Assist in evaluating benefits, risks, and opportunities across funds and wealth management products
  • Assist in coordinating implementation efforts with Investment Management, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Marketing
  • Create routine and non-routine presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Provide analytical support for product-related business activities and projects
  • Conduct market research on product trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory developments
  • Assist in tracking product metrics, flows, performance data, and market share across product categories
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports using industry-standard platforms
