Job summary

TD Wealth is seeking a Product Analyst I to support product management across Advisory, Brokerage, Financial Planning and Insurance & Annuity businesses in the US. You will gather data, translate it into actionable insights, and support strategic and tactical initiatives for ongoing product development and support.

You will analyze metrics, prepare monthly reports by business line, and work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and launches.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years related experience required.
• Experience with relational database structures; knowledge of coding languages (Visual Basic or SQL).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Business Objects, SAS); MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Works with large amounts of data, facts, figures, number crunching and analyze it and make recommendations in improving the business.
• Evaluates product metrics, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Presents findings or translate the data into understandable documents and business cases.
• Responsible for monthly reporting by business line.
• Breaks down cost and profitability analysis.
• Supports internal procedures and processes required to maintaining daily account activity.
• Performs workflow & business analysis resulting in operational procedures to meet business needs.
• Assists in analyzing new business opportunities to assess effects on workflow.
• May assist in business plans leveraging Acquisition and Segments teams to increase new account growth and track P&L impact.
