Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Fund Product Analyst to support the US Funds platform, working with the Fund Product Manager in New York and broader Funds teams. The role focuses on execution, coordination, and process discipline for Wellington’s growing 1940 Act fund range and will help scale the US Funds platform for US retail investors through a wide network of intermediaries.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in asset management.
• Exposure to the US funds industry and 40 Act fund initiatives.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with ability to simplify complex topics.
• CFA or similar qualification considered a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the fund development and design process, ensuring timelines, inputs, and stakeholder deliverables are tracked and progressed.
• Execute all aspects of the fund launch, including structuring, terms, launch plans, milestones, and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency, and transparency across stakeholders as the platform scales.
• Coordinate drafting, oversight, and maintenance of regulatory documentation with Funds Legal and other Fund Product colleagues.
