Job summary

Steven.com’s Fund II is building the US presence for a growth-stage investor focused on consumer product and prosumer tech. You’ll lead US deal sourcing, handle pipeline development from day one, conduct technical diligence, and manage founder outreach to build real on‑the‑ground presence.

The role includes leading IC memos, sector analysis, deal execution support, and portfolio assistance including board observer participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years venture or growth investing experience.
• Existing US technology network.
• Strong technical and commercial diligence skills.
• Self-directed with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead US deal sourcing and pipeline development from day one.
• Perform technical and commercial diligence; prepare IC memos and present deals with clear recommendations.
• Conduct sector analysis to spot emerging consumer/tech trends; support deal execution: financial modelling, cap table analysis, valuation and term sheet negotiation.
• Support portfolio companies hands on, including board observer seats and attending board meetings.
• Support the CIO and US Partner with LP relations and fundraising as the fund scales its US footprint.
• Own CRM and pipeline hygiene, keeping process and documentation to a high standard.
