Qualifications

• Degree in a writing or design-related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in digital product design or experience creation.
• Expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading for online platforms, voice, and audio UI.
• Strong understanding of interactive design, usability principles, and content strategy's role in UX.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating UX writing abilities.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Confluence, and Jira.
• Knowledge of online marketing, advertising, and interactive experiences.
• Plain language expertise.
• Ability to adapt processes and collaborate effectively.
• Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and accountable.
• Experience in user-centered design disciplines such as experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, or design research.
