About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Designer who is eager to solve meaningful problems and create seamless experiences across digital and physical ecosystems. You will work with a team of creative professionals from diverse disciplines and collaborate closely with design research teams to generate insights, concepts, and experiences.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a multidisciplinary mindset.

As a Content Designer, you will be a key member of a Human-Centered Design practice. You should be a strong storyteller who is comfortable presenting and discussing your work with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. You will challenge traditional ways of thinking and put the customer at the center of the experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with designers to create seamless digital customer experiences.
• Write clear, accurate, and compelling user interface copy.
• Partner with project teams and experience strategy stakeholders to determine business objectives and develop content strategies.
• Make recommendations regarding user requirements and contribute to project scoping and planning.
• Evaluate competitive experiences and customer data to establish content benchmarks.
• Contribute to content governance, workflows, style guidelines, tone and voice standards, and brand recommendations.
• Present content concepts in collaboration with designers and stakeholders.
• Create content in accordance with established design systems.
• Contribute to team culture and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate design/content projects.
• Coordinate copy translation and localization activities.
• Adapt content and processes based on project requirements and customer needs.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in writing, communications, design, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working in product design or creating digital experiences.
• Expert writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating content for online, mobile, kiosk, voice, and/or audio user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of interactive design and usability principles.
• Understanding of how content strategy contributes to the overall user experience.
• Experience with user-centered design and related disciplines such as UX writing, experience strategy, visual design, design research, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing and content design capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt processes to meet changing project requirements.
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, flexible, organized, and accountable.
• Familiarity with Figma/FigJam and Confluence/Jira.
