Freshfields US LLP seeks a seasoned Head of US Tax to oversee all US Federal, State and Local tax consulting and compliance. You will work with the Global Head of Group Tax and US leadership to optimize the US tax position, assess risk, and guide strategic tax decisions for the firm and its partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience of providing strategic and proactive tax advice with risk awareness.
• Ten or more years’ experience in tax accounting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of partnership and individual income tax.
• Experience with 3E.
