Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Management Analyst to support our team by managing approval processes, maintaining documentation, and assisting with audit preparations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently to ensure smooth project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing approvals by liaising with internal teams and possibly with external partners to ensure timely sign-offs and compliance with company standards.
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, marketing materials, and partner documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
Assist in managing partner relationships by supporting contract management and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Provide audit support by preparing and organizing required project documentation and collaborating with relevant teams during audit processes.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create reports, presentations, and maintain project tracking spreadsheets.
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with Workfront or other project management software is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate across teams.
Previous experience in marketing coordination, project management support, or administrative roles is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with discretion.
