Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Senior Director, Head of US Site Management to lead US site-facing clinical trial activities, including start-up, monitoring, enrollment optimization, and strategic partnerships. The role drives execution, data quality, and risk management across complex development portfolios.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will shape operating models, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, traveling as needed up to 50% to ensure program success and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Deep experience leading US site management and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead US site-facing activities across start-up, enrollment, monitoring, and partnerships.
• Develop and execute US site strategies for activation, retention, and performance.
• Provide governance for vendor strategies and risk management in site operations.
• Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliant, timely study execution.
