US - Shipper/Receiver (Schedule Sun - Thurs 10:00pm - 6:30am)

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, stacking, counting, and staging materials according to company specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Operate powered and manual equipment following OSHA/Company safety standards.
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment with changing priorities.
• Maintain facility materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Work indoors and outdoors across all seasons, adhering to safety rules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all departments with minimal supervision.
• Conduct frequent cycle counts of products accurately.
• Support the department with stock for processes and machine changeovers.
• Locate and pick stock for customer orders accurately, following safety regulations.
• Utilize scan guns to scan out customer orders.
• Provide hands-on job training to coworkers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of forklift operation experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks for shipments.
• Ability to perform receiving and shipping daily with accuracy and safety compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience are assets.
