Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a US MDM and Supply Chain Operations Specialist in Waltham, MA to manage SAP S/4HANA master data, ensure data integrity, and drive digital improvements across the R&D to GMP lifecycle. You will coordinate with US ops, global digital teams, and external partners to ensure accurate material masters and smooth system workflows.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or Master’s degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain operations, preferably within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other industries, with a focus on SAP Master Data Management and digital tools implementation.
• SAP Expertise: Solid hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC (Supply Chain / Master Data modules). Ability to accurately navigate and update Material Masters, BOMs, and master records.
• GMP & Data Integrity: Clear understanding of cGMP regulations and ALCOA+ data integrity principles in a regulated biopharma environment.
• Supply Chain Fundamentals: Understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) parameters and lifecycle management from development to clinical/commercial GMP stages.

Responsibilities

• SAP Operations: Troubleshoot routine system issues and support end‑users.
• MDM & Execution Policy: Create and maintain Material Masters, Bills of Materials, and Resources in SAP S/4HANA with accurate parameters.
• SUT Logistics: Coordinate SUT inventory and outgoing shipments to 3PL warehouses.
• Continuous Improvement: Support global SAP workflows, SOPs, and training for end users.
