Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an US MDM & Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage SAP S/4HANA master data and support continuous improvement across the R&D to GMP lifecycle. This role interfaces with US operations, global digital teams, and external partners (EBIO, IDT, 3PL) to ensure data integrity and smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include hands-on creation of Material Masters, BOMs, and resources, coordinating UATs, and supporting SUT logistics and RFID initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of SAP Master Data Management and supply chain experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and data integrity under cGMP/ALCOA+.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP SME and Key User for S/4HANA SC modules and end-user support.
• Create and maintain Material Masters, BOMs, and resources in SAP.
• Coordinate UATs for feature rollouts and patches.
• Support SUT logistics and coordination with 3PL warehouses.
• Deliver training on SAP master data entry and best practices.
